It all started with a treasured childhood memory.

In 2019, we were inspired to recreate the pandan waffle we loved as kids. We wanted a taste of childhood again: fragrant, chewy, full of joy. Using all natural and vegan ingredients, we ended up with waffles unlike any other out there and we wanted to share our creation with the world. Our waffles became a hit among family and friends and at markets and festivals around Seattle. Since then, our original recipe has evolved into Dragonfly, a selection of waffle mixes that you can enjoy and share anytime.

Our first popup

We served our first samples at an event hosted by Anyoung Super.

Fresh warm waffles

We served our Pandan waffles at a night market hosted by the Vietnamese Temple we grew up going to.

Mountain of tapioca flour

We loaded the first pallet of 2500 lbs of flour into our production facility.

Last box of Durian

A successful limited release of our first batch of Durian mix.

Gift sets launched

We debuted all three flavors in one variety package to try and share.
